Interesting book, and the lovingly detailed descriptions of all the cheeses made me drool, but I don t know how I would ever remember all the different cheeses.I only kept one recipe, for Cheddar Ale Soup hope it s tasty I borrowed this from the library but it is so packed with good to know information on pairings that I may buy my own copy. As someone who makes my own cheese, I was hoping for It is pretentious and inadequate.
